Chevron Happiness

February 9, 2012

I’m in chevron happiness overload right now. If it’s zig-zagged I want it. Clothes. Accessories. Bedding. You name it.  One chevron item that’s about to be mine? This dreamy organic duvet from West Elm. I’ve been eying it for our guest room for months and months and we’re finally ready for this to make it’s way home to our house.

Want more chevron finds? How great is this chevron pouf, among others?

Plus, check out these two gaw-geous finds from Target: this gold chevron lamp shade and pillow (also available in gold and blue) are killer however they’re sold exclusively in store.

While it’s definitely overload to buy it all, having a few key pieces throughout the house, even in different colors yet the same pattern, can totally make your look more cohesive.

I love the chevron fold trend. The white in all the patterns really brings everything together. And I really have to resist buying all the cute Target decorations!

fun fact: when i was in a fight with my boyfriend the other day… he tried to make me smile by making a construction paper chevron print :)

I like to mix high and low home decor so I will shop Serena & Lilly, Furbish, Ikea, West Elm, Rugs USA, Lamps Plus … I have a big list. I live for this stuff!

    • Alyson

Awesome! Loving your list. I’m heading to IKEA this weekend for a few pieces to round out the home. GOod way to get the home in order and worry about major investment pieces later. Going to check out Furbish and a few other sites you mentioned. Great to connect with you. Love your ideas!
