I’m wearing a skort. Yeah, putting it out there. I’ve seen this Zara number circulating on blogs for a while now and couldn’t decide if I loved or hated. It’s flattering but a skort for a gal in her 30s? Questionable. Until I tried it on. Love at first wear. My decision was solidified during a 12-hour day in NYC, particularly in and out of cabs. Cuteness of a skirt, convenience of shorts. I now vividly recall the allure! For fall, how cute is the new pinstripe option? These are good. Just be sure to keep the look mature; no shapeless t-shirts, and if you’re going to pair it with a sweatshirt for fall, try doing a half tuck and adding a heel or bootie.
