Outfit: Florals and Stripes

October 22, 2012

I love that mixing patterns is here to stay for fall. Have you tried it? Layering this more formal blazer over my casual outfit makes me feel a bit more put together. While this blazer is something I would have in the past reserved for “work,” I’m desperately trying to mix and match my “work” and “casual” as much as I’m mixing and matching patterns. Same goes with my “fancy” clothes, shoes and handbags. ENJOY THEM! :)

floral tee: urban outfitters (2 for $24 so I also got this black v-neck burnout tee, sized up and LOVE) ||  blazer: h&m (spring 2012; similar) || jeans: forever 21 (similar, just $10!)) || bag: c/o cuore & pelle and /excelamktg via stylemined || necklace: monogram from baublebar || bracelets: stella & dot and baublebar || watch: c/o skagen (very similar) || ring: from my mama || gold flats: zara (similar and similar <— need! someone tell husband STAT, ha)

Love this blazer/cardigan…kinda want to steal it from you! And great print mixing too – can totally relate to the wind situation – it completely ruined our photo shoot yesterday :(

Funny, I have some really gorgeous drop earrings that are too “fancy” for anything. Maybe I will make a point to wear them more often! :)

I love the stripe top! It looks like a cardigan/jacket? Here at Wag World we had something similar to the jacket but it sold out! We have lots of floral prints, everyone in england loves that kind of thing. xoxoxox
